Martin, Lucy and Dion visit properties sold under the hammer to property developers hoping to make some money on their investments. Two of the properties in Wolverhampton and Greenford need lots of work while first time property developers buying near Derby reckon their house only needs a lick of paint.

Martin is in High Hatton in Shropshire, Dion is in Doncaster and Lucy is in Strood in Kent meeting investors who have bought property at auction. But will any of the developers manage to make a profit on their auction buys?
