Things get off to a bad start, with one guest nearly choking on their welcome drink and some cutlery kerfuffle. And later, Mark proves he's not such a fun guy when his mushroom banter falls flat. And as the evening draws to a close, Mark's penchant for eating household pets upsets the animal lovers in the room, and his outrageous opinions on female chefs cause an even bigger stink. As Lauren turns on the charm to wow her guests - 52-year-old civil servant Lydia, 34-year-old catering manager Garry, 24-year-old student Saoirse and 52-year-old fishmonger Bernadette - will her punchy flavours and exotic ingredients hit the spot? With such a mix of worldly flavours and classic Scottish fodder on the table, it's Lauren's sea bass that makes waves, but will her night do enough to make the early running to net the cash?
