As Lauren turns on the charm to wow her guests - 52-year-old civil servant Lydia, 34-year-old catering manager Garry, 24-year-old student Saoirse and 52-year-old fishmonger Bernadette - will her punchy flavours and exotic ingredients hit the spot?
