Even though Mike has worked with concrete before in Dallas, he visits concrete workers in California today to learn the art of concrete stamping. Then he goes to New Orleans to care for penguins. While they may seem cute and cuddly, penguins create a lot of very smelly waste which Mike discovers when he heads to Audubon Zoo in New Orleans to work as a keeper for the day.
