Kazuya had decided he would no longer rely on Chizuru and would never see her again.
However, by chance, they reunite at the same university, and it turns out they're even neighbors in the same apartment building.
Just as Kazuya is being warned by Chizuru that there will be no contact, no interference, and no prying, he receives a call from his grandmother, Kazu.
"I'm coming over now. Could you call Princess Chizuru for me?"
Kazuya can't bring himself to tell her they've broken up...!?

Kazuya is suddenly hugged and kissed by Mami behind a rock!
As Kazuya freezes, Mami tells him, "I just couldn't hold back anymore..."
Back on the beach, Kazuya's imagination runs wild, but then he gets a call from Kazu saying he'll be discharged from the hospital next week.
Kazu is happy that he can now go see Chizuru whenever he wants, but Kazuya realizes all over again how he's been deceiving her and finally decides to "break up" with Chizuru.
