PRS investigates a case involving single mom, Dawn, and her 5-year-old daughter, both of whom are tormented by the appearance of a hag they call "lady vampire." Their testimony strikes a chord with Ryan, sending him back to his own childhood experience. And with the help of a controversial new tech device, Ryan makes a different kind of connection with the client.

Jason and his family can no longer do renovations of an abandoned Kansas church, especially after they found their father in the basement crying and frightened because of the menacing activity. PRS comes in to investigate why this house of God has been known around town as a church of evil. But their efforts are thwarted when Ryan himself is physically attacked by a demon.
