S1 E11 The Ring of Fate

本集简介

Ha Ram gets arrested under the suspicion of killing the soldiers on Mount Inwang. Cheon Gi continues to draw the king's portrait, but is heard that her painting does not have any divine powers. Cheon Gi begs Yangmyeong to let her see Ha Ram, but Yangmyeong doesn't allow it so Cheon Gi and her friends forges a document and breaks into prison and ends up getting arrested.

The Painter of The King's Portrait

Cheon Gi finds out about the Demon and why she was chosen to draw King Youngjong's portrait. She also finds out that if she paints the portrait, something bad might happen to her like her father. She gets scared and makes an excuse not to paint. Meanwhile, Ha Ram also finds out about the Demon inside him and how Cheon Gi might be in danger so he prepares a boat ticket to Yeon for Cheon Gi and her father.

Fight To The Death

Cheon Gi starts repainting the portrait. King Seongjo tells Prince Yangmyeong he plans on installing him as the next Crown Prince. Prince Joohyang who hears everything visits Ha Ram in his cell and tells him to hand over the Demon. Afterwards, he confronts King Seongjo about it and King Seongjo collapses.
