In a Toronto suburb during the summer of 1996, a man leaves home for a business trip. He doesn't return. Fearing foul play, his desperate wife finally reports her husband's disappearance to the police.

A frat boy lures a girl to his house with the promise of a party, but once there it turns out he has ulterior motives. When the girl says no, he violently attacks her. A string of violence is finally uncovered, revealing a sinister trail of crime and violence.
