Battle of the Bands is center stage, as Holly (Ricki Lake), Beckett (Michael Boatman), Hyers (Ned Vaughn) and Boonie (Brian Wimmer) a gearing up to perform. A Vietcong spy sets off a bomb in China Beach, Hang is somehow connected to the VC plot. McMurphy and Dr. Bernard become more involved with each other.
