The night ends on a high as the rival restaurateurs reveal their previous professions and share unusual impressions alongside the dessert. Finally, Shay and Syed host at their traditional family-run Indian restaurant, Sheesh Mahal, in Hartlepool. After two strong nights, will their lamb alternative wow their vegan guests?
