Oscar's fed up with New York City. To show him how much fun the city can be, Felix shows him around. Then they get stuck on a hot, stalled subway with assorted New Yorkers, including a blind pencil seller, and a pregnant dog.

Felix learns that his and Oscar's fathers once knew each other.
