Terry tries to cope with his injuries while Pat is busy launching her podcast, and after Denise gets a job at a Black hair salon, she recruits Pat to deal with her mean coworkers.

Pat attempts to give Terry the perfect Christmas gift by finding his father, but when she and Denise can't track him down, they embark on a wild plan involving a mall Santa.
