Highlights from day seven of the 2018 Commonwealth Games from Australia presented by Clare Balding and Gabby Logan.

The 2018 Commonwealth Games features a host of global stars and day seven features one of them - Rio 2016 400m gold medallist Shaunae Miller-Uibo of the Bahamas.

England's London 2012 bronze medallist Robbie Grabbarz is also targeting a high jump medal while there was a mouthwatering netball clash between England and New Zealand, a repeat of the 2014 Commonwealth semi-final which the Kiwis won by a single goal.

Day 6

After back-to-back Olympic gold medals over 800m in 2012 and 2016, South Africa's Caster Semenya is bidding for 1500m glory on the Gold Coast today. Also in action on a busy day at the track is London 2012 Olympic 400m champion Kirani James of Grenada.

In the pool, Wales's two-time Olympic silver medallist Jazz Carlin goes for glory in the women's 400m freestyle - one of 26 gold medals awarded.

Day 8

Clare Balding and Gabby Logan cast their eye over the best of the action from day eight of the 2018 Commonwealth Games from Australia.

The 200m sprint stars are out on day eight with the likes of two-time Olympic gold medallist Elaine Thompson in action along with Canada's Andre de Grasse - a three-time medallist at the Rio 2016 Games.

Team England's Dina Asher-Smith is up against illustrious rivals in what is set to be a mouthwatering women's 200m contest.

We also see one of the faces of the Games, Australia's Sally Pearson, in action in the 100m hurdles heats, while there are 24 gold medals to be handed out in total, including the men's and women's beach volleyball titles.
