In a vain attempt to stop multiple governmental genocides, Charlie, the princess of hell, opens up a brand new hotel to "help rehabilitate sinners" with her partner Vaggie. They first attempt to rehabilitate Angel Dust, a gay porn star. His rehabilitation and his actions put the hotel on dangerous ground. With a motley crew of co-workers, Charlie and Vaggie open up the happy hotel, later deemed by Angel Dust to be the Hazbin Hotel. Trouble seems to be amidst when the mysterious Radio Demon takes notice of the Hazbin Hotel.

The Vee's: Vox, Velvette, and Valentino rule their corner of Hell unchallenged, but Alastor's return to the airwaves may shake things up. Meanwhile, a new Hotel guest tests Angel's patience.
