After a long engagement, Nikki & Artem are finally ready to say "I Do." The only problem is, they have to do it in 4 weeks! Brie is quickly appointed the maid of honor and scrambles to plan a bridal shower. Nikki finds it impossible to find a venue on such short notice and Artem hopes his Russian family can travel for the wedding as well as meet their son Matteo for the first time.
