For the Quickfire Challenge, the chefs battle it out in a burger war to create the ultimate Top Chef burger and in the Elimination Challenge, they take flight. Each chef must create a multi-course meal for Air Canada's Executive First Service – and they need to serve it on board an Air Canada 767 aircraft.
