In August 2019, a man was found bleeding heavily after a knife cut in Uppsala. His ex-girlfriend lives in the house. But the police cannot connect the girlfriend or anyone else to the crime. Nor did the fact that the victim himself was subject to criminal investigation lead to any lasting results. But the investigation will take a turn in a very unusual way.

The police receive an anonymous call that tells of a murder. After identifying the victim, a long and demanding investigation begins, and only when a macabre mobile film is found do they come close to a solution.
