With Nick working the wheat harvest, Molly Yeh is inspired to make him a hearty lunch while indulging in her own wheat-noodle delights. Molly gets to cooking her Ginger Chicken Meatballs on Soy Sauce Braised Cabbage, Yeasted Scallion Pancakes and Hand Pulled Chili Oil Noodles. Then, she finishes up lunch with a sweet and sticky Matcha Mochi.

To celebrate the release of her second book, Molly Yeh is serving her guests a few of her favs. She'll be cooking Rotisserie Chicken Fattoush with Sumac Vinaigrette, Classic Beef Tot Hotdish and Honey Cupcakes with Salted Honey Frosting.
