In the second episode of the series, we are in the Seaside town of Whitby. The council have introduced new parking measures that many drivers find very confusing. In Dewsbury and Huddersfield, the cameras follow Lily - she is coming out of the parking office, and for the very first time putting on her yellow vest and taking to the streets.
