There's a chill in the air, and Kardea gathers friends around the fire pit for a cozy meal. For dessert, it's the perfect time of year for Caramel Apple Cake and Warm Spiced Apple Cider.

Back in her school days, Kardea would spend her weekends planning a trip to Mexico with her besties. In honor of that trip that never happened, Kardea creates a Mexican-themed meal with a big dash of low country. The menu includes Catfish Tacos with Red Cabbage Slaw along with Mexican Street Corn Salad, Pina Colada Pie and Lemonade Margaritas.
