Police officer Gleb Kotov and his dog Mukhtar find themselves under threat of dismissal after making a serious mistake during a dangerous assignment. Suddenly, Gleb and Mukhtar get a second chance — Colonel Kolosov, who dreams of working with a service dog again, takes them to his new department along with other failed police officers — Victoria Stroganova and Oleg Frolov. In addition to them, a young IT specialist named Rafa is assigned to their department.
