The cast of Season 10 was officially announced on April 23, 2025, revealing the 18 queens competing for a spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame. Episode 1 was dedicated to Jiggly Caliente, who passed away on April 27, 2025.

Ginger Minj was crowned the winner of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Season 10, receiving a coveted spot in the "Drag Race Hall of Fame" and a grand prize of $200,000 courtesy of RuPaul's Drag Race Match Queen. After battling it out in an unforgettable Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown, runner up Jorgeous received a cash tip of $25,000.
