It's part of an agreement struck between attorneys from the Department of Justice and D.C. Attorney General Brian Schwalb's office. NBC's Gabe Gutierrez reports. NBC Nightly News Anchor Tom Llamas reports on the high-stakes, historic summit that took place in Alaska today from the arrival of the two leaders through the news conference where President Donald Trump said "there's no deal until there is a deal." NBC News' Richard Engel reports from the frontlines in Ukraine as the summit between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin ends without a ceasefire. Authorities say they found and rescued a California man who was trapped for two days inside a waterfall located in the Sequoia National Forest. The Tulare County Sheriff's Office says the man had planned to rappel the waterfalls. NBC News' Liz Kreutz has the story. Tim Sullivan wanted a memorable way to propose to his girlfriend, Caroline. The White House says National Guard operations have now expanded to 24 hours a day in Washington, DC. Troops are standing by at landmarks in the city, while federal officers are patrolling neighborhoods. Some protestors are now pushing back. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports. A plane that was heading to Los Angeles was diverted to an airport in Colorado after Breeze Airways says a passenger started a physical altercation with flight attendants and other passengers. Others on that flight are now speaking out about the chaotic scene. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports for the series "The Cost of Denial" about a Michigan man who languished in a hospital bed for five weeks waiting on insurance approval for his rehab care.
