President Trump announced the U.S. seized an oil tanker off the Venezuelan coast. Video showed an elite coast guard team boarding the vessel, executing what Attorney General Pam Bondi said was a "seizure warrant" issued by a judge. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. Rescue workers paddled toward a motorist trapped in the flooded streets of Burlington, WA as officials pushed everyone in the city to evacuate today. Democrats on the House Oversight committee released new photos obtained from Jeffrey Epstein's estate. The photos show Epstein with a number of powerful men including President Trump, President Clinton, Woody Allen and Steve Bannon. The photos do not appear to show any illegal activity.
