In a pretrial hearing for Luigi Mangione, prosecutors showed video of his arrest inside a McDonald's in Pennsylvania and played a 911 call made by the store's manager. Mangione's lawyers are trying to get evidence obtained at the McDonald's thrown out, arguing police did not have a warrant and did not read Mangione his Miranda rights quickly enough.
