The United States Coast Guard is intercepting a second vessel off the Venezuelan coast, two U.S. officials confirm to NBC News. NBC News' Julie Tsirkin has the latest. The Justice Department continued its release of thousands of records related to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on Saturday after Congress passed bipartisan legislation last month forcing the release. It comes as the department faces growing questions over how those files were released, and why some documents are no longer available. NBC News' Ryan Nobles has more.
