The note belonged to a Canadian couple, Anita and Brad Squires who wrote the sweet message during a date thousands of miles from where it was found. The White House revealed President Trump has been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency. It is a common vein condition in people over age 70, and the president's doctor says he remains in "excellent health." NBC News' Garrett Haake reports.
