After 13 hours of deliberations, a jury found Sean ‘Diddy' Combs not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking. He was convicted on two counts of a lesser charge, transportation to engage in prostitution. The judge denied Combs bail, and he will remain behind bars until he is sentenced. NBC News' Chloe Melas reports. At a hearing today in Boise, Idaho, the man accused in the murders of four University of Idaho students plead guilty on four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary. Judge Steven Hippler accepted the plea deal. The agreement is sparking mixed reactions among the victims' families. NBC News' Liz Kreutz was in the courtroom. Paramount, the parent company of CBS, settled with President Trump after he sued the company over a "60 Minutes" interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris. Paramount will cover the president's legal fees and give money to the president's future presidential library but did not issue an apology. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports. There is good news tonight for a neighborhood in Maryland that came together to grant a 9-year-old's wish of celebrating Christmas in June. In a major victory for President Trump, the Senate passed his massive budget bill after Vice President Vance broke a tie. The bill now moves back to the House. NBC News' Ryan Nobles reports. Jurors in Sean ‘Diddy' Combs' federal criminal trial sent a note to the judge indicating they had reached a unanimous decision on four counts, but that they remained split on the most serious count, racketeering conspiracy. The thunderstorms and flooding rolling through the I-95 corridor are creating travel woes during one of the summer's busiest travel weeks. Airports in D.C., Maryland and the New York area are experiencing numerous cancellations and delays. NBC News' Tom Costello reports. Two Chinese nationals were arrested in a D.E.A. sting for selling the raw materials that are used to make fentanyl. Agents lured them to Fiji, where they were arrested and extradited to the United States. They were later convicted on money laundering and drug charges. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports. Jimmy Swaggart, one of the biggest televangelists of the 1980s, has died in Louisiana. He was one of the first preachers to build a major TV audience but faced scandals that caused the church to defrock him. NBC News' Anne Thompson has the story. Jennie Harney-Fleming was singing during a performance in New York City when her three-year-old, Olivia, shouted from the audience. Harney-Fleming picked up Olivia and finished the show. With a narrow vote, the House passed the Trump tax and spending bill in a major win for the President. Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries set the record for longest House floor speech as he decried the bill today, but Republicans are celebrating their victory. Seven people remain unaccounted for after a massive fireworks warehouse explosion in Esparto, California. Officials say they're moving towards recovery efforts as families still wait for answers about their loved ones. NBC News' Camila Bernal reports from the scene. The Department of Homeland Security says ICE arrested famed Mexican boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in Los Angeles on Wednesday. DHS says he was wanted on a warrant in Mexico for his alleged involvement in organized crime. His arrest comes just days after his televised fights with YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul. NBC News' Morgan Chesky reports. Heartbreak in the soccer world after police say star soccer player Diogo Jota and his younger brother died in a car crash in Spain.
