Police in Arkansas are searching for Grant Hardin, who escaped from prison while wearing a makeshift outfit they say was designed to mimic law enforcement. Hardin is a former local police chief who was convicted of murder and rape. Meanwhile, eight of the ten inmates who escaped from a New Orleans jail have now been recaptured. President Trump said Harvard has not done enough to combat antisemitism on campus and that billions of dollars in federal grants should go to trade schools instead. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports. An appeals court reinstated President Trump's tariffs, after a lower court had blocked many of them. The tariffs will remain in place during the appeals process. A former assistant to Sean ‘Diddy' Combs broke down on the stand describing how the music mogul sexually assaulted her several times. She said he once entered a bedroom where she was sleeping and raped her, and recounted another incident when she says he forced her to perform oral sex. NBC News' Chloe Melas reports. NYPD detectives have been placed on modified duty after possible links surfaced to two crypto businessmen accused of kidnapping and torturing an Italian investor for days.
