A judge has temporarily blocked President Trump's ban on Harvard admitting foreign students. President Trump said Harvard has not done enough to combat antisemitism on campus and that billions of dollars in federal grants should go to trade schools instead. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports. An appeals court reinstated President Trump's tariffs, after a lower court had blocked many of them. The tariffs will remain in place during the appeals process.
