A flash flood emergency has been issued in Menard County where roads, homes and businesses flooded after more than six inches of rain fell. Massive plumes of dust were spotted in West Texas. In the Dallas area, drivers plowed through flood streets. NBC News' Priscilla Thompson reports from Kerrville, Texas. President Trump described a video by Democratic lawmakers as "seditious behavior, punishable by DEATH!" in which six lawmakers told the military to disobey illegal orders. The White House said President Trump has not issued illegal orders and that the Democratic video was a "dangerous message" to troops. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. New photos released by the NTSB show the UPS cargo plane's left engine and the pylon holding it to the wing detached as it took off. The engine then exploded over the fuselage, killing the three pilots and eleven people on the ground. NBC News' Tom Costello reports. Natalie Greene was found in a New Jersey nature reserve, with her hands zip tied, her body lacerated and a profane phrase written on her stomach, according to a criminal complaint. Prosecutors say it was all an elaborate hoax that Greene perpetrated herself. NBC News' Erin McLaughlin reports. As a record number of people in the United States prepare to travel for Thanksgiving, two storm systems are lining up to disrupt the rush with snow and rain.
