Amid a wave of violent attacks across the country, investigators say a gunman opened fire at a waterfront bar in North Carolina popular with tourists, killing three people. Prosecutors say they believe the suspect, Nigel Max Edge, originally planned to carry out his attack a night earlier. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports.
