When the participants make a Christmas dessert, it is important not to get cream in their own faces - and here they have to be whipped quickly, arthritis and broken bones notwithstanding.

The participants will compete in the most important of Christmas' many curls, namely the Christmas gift ribbon curl. The more curl, the better.
