Ken and I count down to his birthday celebration by doing a 24 hour challenge where we epically try and epically fail at a ton of different challenges. It was so much fun and at the end I surprised my one of a kind best friend with a special birthday treat. Happy Birthday Ken!

Skipper challenges me to recreate the layered cake I made for our parents' 20th wedding anniversary...WITHOUT a recipe! I definitely had some trial and error getting it right, but in the end I learned from my mistakes and made a cake even better than the first one! And we even got a pizza out of it.
