The world seems a little upside down right now, doesn't it? All of the changes are making me feel so many different emotions and I'm just trying to make sense of it all! I wanted to share some thoughts and ideas on what's been helpful to me and how I've been spending my time. I hope some of these ideas can help you too. The most important thing to remember is no matter what we're feeling it's okay because everyone is going through a lot of change right now and we're all doing our best to make sense of our new routines.
