This morning was so crazy! Between slime clean up and homework, I was feeling rushed and a little overwhelmed. Luckily, my new Friend Eve at Headspace was able to help! She led me through a guided meditation centered around Kindness, and we recorded it for YOU! It was just what I needed to take a breather, refocus, and get on with my day. Thanks, Eve!
