Frustrated by the lack of progression by the police to find Chriss attacker, Lucas takes matters into his own hands. Putting together the pieces offered by Chris, Anna at the law firm and finally Kyle, Lucas believes Lewis could own a racing greyhound. He and Kyle discover there is indeed a Dasher running today and aware its a long shot, Lucas takes a punt Lewis will be there.

Toadie is told the firm is letting him go but with a very generous settlement. Sonyas pleased that this will allow them breathing space to find another job but Toadie suspects hes being bought. He refuses the settlement and lays down his terms - either they give him his job back or he takes them to court for unfair dismissal.
