Seeing Michael devastated by Tashs rejection, he tries talking to Tash but is heartbroken when she makes it clear the only chance they have of reconciling is by leaving her alone. Knowing she has come between Michael and his daughter, Emilia sacrifices her love for them both and decides to leave town, hoping to give Michael a chance at rebuilding his relationship with Tash.

Toadies efforts to remain relaxed are tested when Callum insists on cooking the first meal in their new kitchen. With some persuasion from Sonya, believing this could be a good way to continue their de-stressing, Toadie agrees. But after a series of disasters, of which the final straw is Toadie losing his keys down the incinerator, the plan to de-stress is derailed.
