Kate prepares for her final stand-off against Tash for the job at Charlies. When Tash scores the job, Kate is ready to give up. She runs into Sheila and gets some sage advice, so decides to approach Celeste about the decision. Celeste, impressed, makes her the new manager of Charlies.

After her recent MS relapse scare, Susans determined to maintain a healthy worklife balance. With some encouragement from Karl, Summer convinces Susan to ditch work and attend a yoga class. Susan enjoys the class, and Summer notices the instructor, Bernard, paying special attention to Susan. Susan plays it down, but, after the class, Bernard asks her out.
