Worried about Toadie, Susan remains unaware of Pauls determination to reclaim his job as editor. Failing again to convince Zoe to help him, Paul gets desperate and orchestrates a meeting between Susan and Zoe, confident that theyll clash and Zoe will subsequently agree to help him.

Troy is beginning to stir and having flashbacks about Jade punching him and then tripping and the tool box landing on him. Karl seems satisfied with Troys immediate tests but says more will take place in the morning. He mentions that the police want a word too but Troy is having none of it, he wants to talk to his lawyer first even before any medical tests that Karl wants to do on him.
