Unable to track down Aidan, Chris grows increasingly worried, concerned about his state. However when Chris finally finds him the next day, Aidan insists all he needed was one night to blow off steam. But when Rhys assures Chris it takes more than a night to get over what Aidans been through and Aidan seemingly confirms that by wanting to go out again, Chriss concerns resurface.

Rhys struggles to move on from Vanessa. Hes unable to listen to Elaine talking about how good they were for each other, or handle seeing Vanessa with Lucas. But hes confronted when Kate suggests he needs to put aside his fear and fight for Vanessa. Weighing up the messages from Elaine and Kate, Rhys re-evaluates how he treated Vanessa and decides to apologise to her.
