But despite Terese's best efforts, Susan remains firm. It seems like Joshua will drop out until Amber gives him a blast of tough love – telling him to go back to his studies or get a job.

Sick of being financially bled dry by her daughter, Sheila encourages her to stop turning down jobs. When Sonya hears Naomi is an executive assistant, she suggests Naomi apply to work for Toadie. After wrongfully firing Toadie's assistant Talia, Sonya feels finding him another employee is the least she can do. The interview initially goes well, with Naomi and Toadie bonding.
