After she embarrasses him in front of the media, Paul whisks Cousin Hilary back to his penthouse where she complains to Daniel that since she's returned to Erinsborough, Paul has basically ignored her. Paul is unrepentant and it's up to Daniel to offer to take her home. But when he gets a call with an emergency at work, he's forced to leave. Paul offers to take Hilary home or provide a taxi.

Amber faces a challenging assignment but receives support from Josh. Bailey ends up in the hospital due to pushing himself too hard. Lauren and Paige try to cheer him up. Imogen helps Amber with wedding preparations while Daniel has some reservations. Brad apologizes for his distractions and bonds with Matt. Dimato's heavies confront Amber, but Josh steps in to protect her.
