Paul informs a stunned Nick that the Research Centre location is no longer feasible - the council received a more lucrative tender. A livid Nick vents his frustrations to Terese. Terese calms him down and reminds him Paul can't be trusted. Georgia takes pleasure in seeing Nick get his comeuppance, whilst Karl advises Nick how to get Paul to agree to anything.

Paige catches Tyler scoping out a bunch of cars on the street and is instantly suspicious. She confronts Tyler about it but it's not until Paige threatens to tell Brennan what she saw that Tyler actually comes clean. Without naming names, Tyler explains he's been told to steal a car for a guy he owes a favour to. Paige urges Tyler to reconsider – whatever the debt.
