Joshua discovers from Imogen that Amber attended a medical appointment without him. When he tackles Amber about missing the scan, she informs him she feels no obligation to tell him anything and reminds him that since the catfishing incident, she no longer trusts him. Amber is annoyed at Imogen for spilling the scan information to Joshua.

Haunted by guilt, Lauren is prepared for Terese's fury, but instead is met with a humble request for help finding a counsellor for Terese's drinking problem. Lauren calls Brad, they can't do this today. Lauren convinces Brad that keeping the truth from Terese will protect her and prevent her being derailed from rehabilitation. They agree to wait a day.
