Nervous about Belindas warning, Sonya enacts her plan to push Belinda and Steph closer together. Belinda helps Toadie begin his rehab, but its Steph who wins a victory when she encourages Toadie to stand for the first time in months. Belinda struggles to spend time around Steph, and finally comes clean about her suspicions of why Sonya offered her the job.

Jimmy is rushed to hospital following Bossys attack. While Kyle and Sheila try to get to the bottom of what happened, council ranger Carla arrives, having received a complaint about a dangerous dog. Kyle and Sheila defend Bossys actions, but Carla reveals she knows of Bossys recent aggressive behaviour and takes her away to the pound.
