Its the day the council decide on Bossys future. Kyle asks Amy to come along to the hearing, but she makes excuses, unsure how she feels on the subject. Kyles overjoyed when the council agree to let Bossy return home but only if all the other tenants at No. 26 agree. Sheilas all for it, and Kyle assures her Amy will be too.

A mysterious young woman arrives in Ramsay Street, ruffling feathers first with Kyle, then with Tyler and Daniel when she makes disparaging remarks about the area. At the Waterhole, she tries to swindle a free meal from Sheila by claiming to find a hair in her burger. When Sheila wont budge, she makes a run for it, and Kyle is forced to block the exit.
