The heatwave continues. Convinced shes caused Sheilas collapse, a desperate and guilty Xanthe calls on Piper for help. First aid training kicking in, Piper calms a distressed Sheila. As the girls wait on news of Sheila at the hospital, Piper makes it clear that she will stand by Xanthe.

Paul and Terese are trapped in the storeroom at Robinsons with no power and consequently, no air conditioning. With no one to hear their cries for help and with the only window covered with bars they are well and truly stuck together. When the oppressive heat becomes unbearable, Paul suggests they disrobe.
