Xanthe returns home to learn Sheila has been rushed to the hospital, having suffered a suspected and genuine heart attack. She races to Sheilas bedside to find a furious Kyle, who accuses her of leaving Sheila for dead and tries to eject her from the room.

Pipers determined to cover up the fact that Doug was aggressive with her, but Lauren finds out whats going on and encourages the kids to tell Brad. Brad consults their doctor who has advised it may be time to consider putting Doug into a home. No one wants that, but it seems to be the only option.
