Reeling in the wake of witnessing the kiss between John and Mandy, Paige struggles to reconcile her place in Johns world. A dynamic made worse as John finds her and asks her to keep her distance. Genuinely upset, she is counselled by Piper, who convinces her its her duty to herself and to John to properly investigate everything Mandy has said.

Xanthe is distraught Piper and Ben betrayed her plan for breast enhancement surgery to Sheila. Sheila is quick to blame Angus, but when Susan stands up for him, Sheila starts to wonder if shes been a bad role model for Xanthe. Susan assures her shes not and Sheila realises Xanthes issues probably began with her vain mother.
